Appointment of two fire wardens It was the mind of the Church committee in light of the UK fire regulations that we appoint two fire wardens to safely evacuate the building in the event of a fire. Mr David King and Mr Rodney Brown volunteered to under-take this responsibility. Fire drill evacuation A practice fire drill evacuation has been envisioned to safely evacuate the building in the event of a fire, however due to the “Covid 19” and the two social distancing it was felt that this would take place at a later date. An attendance roll book Under law we are required to know who is in the building or who has left the building at all times, this requires us to have a roll book of all person’s present. This roll book is kept by the doorman as you enter the building. Please note! this roll book is already in place due to the “Covid 19” track and trace requirements.
